CleanSwipe ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how our mobile application CleanSwipe (the "App") handles your information.
CleanSwipe does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal information. Specifically:
CleanSwipe requests access to your device's photo library solely to scan, display, and help you delete photos and videos on your device. All photo processing happens entirely on your device. No photos, thumbnails, or metadata are ever transmitted to our servers or any third party.
CleanSwipe offers an optional one-time in-app purchase ("CleanSwipe Pro") processed entirely by Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not collect or store any payment information. All transactions are handled securely by Apple or Google according to their respective privacy policies.
CleanSwipe stores only one piece of information locally on your device: the date of your last cleaning session. This is stored only on your device and is never transmitted anywhere.
CleanSwipe does not knowingly collect any information from children under 13. The App does not target children and contains no content directed at children.
Since CleanSwipe does not collect any personal data, GDPR obligations regarding data processing do not apply. No consent is required for data collection as no data is collected.
CleanSwipe does not sell personal information. Since no personal information is collected, California residents have no data to request, delete, or opt out of selling.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
